Vegetarian Delight Spread

Ingredients

1 % low-fat cottage cheese

chopped tomato
|

teaspoons |
chopped chives or green onions
|
|

dried basil

Paprika (optional )

large Quaker Plain Rice Cakes
|
|
Directions:
Combine cottage cheese, carrot, tomato, chives and basil and mix lightly. Top rice cakes with cottage cheese mixture. Garnish with paprika, if desired.
