Honey Mustard Ham with Apples

ham steak (1/2-inch thick)

honey mustard

medium cooking apples (Rome or Ida Red), cored and cut into thin rings

Directions:
Heat broiler. Place ham steak on broiler pan; spread with honey mustard. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until ham is browned and bubbly.
Melt butter in large skillet until sizzling; add apples. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender (6 to 8 minutes). Serve over ham steak.
